NZAS Membership

Membership in the New Zealand Acoustical Society is open to anybody interested in acoustics. There are no entry requirements and members receive benefits including:

• New Zealand Acoustics, the Quarterly journal published by the NZAS,
• Direct notification of upcoming local events (meetings, lectures, seminars ...),
• Regular mailing of Noise News International,
• Reduced charges for local and national Society events,
• Priority space allocation for trade stands at Society events,
• Discounted rates on selected acoustics products.

Membership is determined on a 2 yearly basis, from September of each even year. All membership types include the above benefits:

• Full membership,
• Student membership,
• Sustaining membership.

The subscription fees can be paid either by cheque or by direct transfer:

• Cheques are payable to the New Zealand Acoustical Society and sent to the Treasurer of the society.
• Bank transfer: do not forget to include your name and NZAS subsription in the details. The account number is 02 - 0100 - 0559119 - 00.
